Jiro Wang Dong Cheng

nicknamed Da Dong (Traditional Chinese: 大東; Simplified Chinese: 大东) is a Taiwanese actor and singer. He is currently a member of the boy band Fahrenheit, and is widely known as the male lead in the Taiwanese idol drama KO One (終極一班) and Shuichi Nakatsu in the live-action Taiwanese drama, Hana-Kimi (花樣少年少女).

Jiro Wang was born August 24, 1981, in Taiwan. He graduated at Fu Shin Trade and Arts College with a degree in Advertising Design. After his graduation he dedicated his life toward the entertainment business to earn more money for the family. He was first asked to join the entertainment business because of his good looks and singing talent that he showed at a singing competition. Because of company difficulties, he failed to release an album, so therefore decided to continue his career in the industry by working backstage, mainly in charge of fashion designing and other designing necessities, as well as commercial modeling. He was approached again around 2004, when his acting career began.

He speaks fluent Hokkien and Mandarin, and understands conversational Cantonese and English.

He used to play in an underground band named Karma as lead singer. They have performed a song called 人間逃亡記, lyrics composed by Jiro. After that, the band change the name to Dong Cheng Wei (東城衛). However, the members in the band remains the same.

汪東城於十八歲時喪父，母親體質弱，不宜工作，故此汪東城十八歲時便要與母親相依為命，並一人擔起家庭重擔，這亦是使汪東城從模特兒到演員進而成為歌手不斷打拼，奮發向上的動力和原因。汪東城為人孝順節儉，被稱為演藝圈孝子中的一哥。2005年，得到瞿導演的賞識，有機會參與惡作劇之吻阿金一角，得到了廣大觀眾的肯定，阿金深情堅持的性格深入人心，人氣大增。其後汪東城加入飛輪海，並主演終極一班，擔演主角汪大東，成為不少年青人的偶像。

2007年，汪東城與台灣女子組合七朵花成員趙虹喬合作。

Charming Jiro who has alot of affinity with girls recently cahrmed a local 17 year old mixed blood female model when filmingin Guan Island, yesterday there was rumours that he is furiously pursuing "Nan Quan Ma Ma"'s main singer Tan Tou's ex-girlfriend Li Yu Lin, Vivienne, two were rumoured to be dating in the east of Taipei, and their relationship is closer and closer.
Vivienne acting cameo in Hana Kimi, both attracted to each other
Vivienne who was came out as a model, filmed "Daily C" commercial before, last year when filming "Smiling Pasta" she was still Tan Tou's girlfriend, but after that two person broke up, Vivienne then acted as a cameo in Hana Kimi. Although Jiro loves Ella in the dramam, but privately both of them have interest and good feelings in one another, after 2 of them know each other, they exchanged msn to keep in contact.

According to news, the beginning of this year that Jiro was furiously chasing Vivienne , but Fahrenheit's work is too busy and both do not have much time in contact/ But recently they appeared in east of Taipei to have meals together and was spotted by media. Jiro has affinity with the opposite sex, he dated with Wang Tong , and also had rumours with Xu Wei Ning, even Yang Ya Zhu expressed that she had interest in him.
As for the two of them attracted to each other, Vivenne's manager Ao Jun Y expresses, everyone is not small kids anymore, she also couldn't restrict artistes actions, although in her heart, she wish that Vivenne's work will be recognised, and not rumours; Jiro's manager Chen Hui Ying said on the other hand, two parties only bump nto each other on the streets, ans went for a drink, she won't restrict artiste's relationship, if Jiro have the time, it is ok, but it's only afraid that he is so busy currently that he doesn't have enough time to sleep.
Vivenne;s ex-boyfriend expressed after hearing the news yesterday, when he first heard, his heart will twitch for an instant, "After me and Ms Lee broke up, we're still like family." He gave the opposite party unlimited blessings.
